The hotel offered great value for the money. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the metro station, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, within a short walking distance to the famous Gold Souk, a major advantage.

The room was big and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to the Baniyas Metro station, making it easy to get around this city without a car. There are also lots of restaurants nearby if you don't feel like going far.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable and affordable. The attention to detail is commendable, with rooms that are clean and well-maintained. Despite being located in a very congested area, it is situated on a back street which was a little hard to find at first, but once you reach there, it's a perfect place to stay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the single big bed on the 2nd floor and the master key provided, are convenient. Additionally, the breakfast spread, although simple, is satisfying with instant coffee available.
All aspects of this hotel were okay.

Our family had a brief but pleasant stay in this hotel situated close to the METRO train station. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. We were impressed by the clean and adequately sized room, complete with a well-functioning bathroom. The staff was accommodating, providing us with helpful information, and ensuring a comfortable stay.
The hotel lacked a peaceful environment for families, with noise from the club below interrupting our rest.
